月经不调患者能计算安全避孕期吗？

月经不调患者安全期避孕有用吗？

广州中医药大学第一附属医院黄洁明医生说，所谓安全期，是针对月经周期可以被摸索、可以被掌握的女性而言，如果本来月经周期都不正常，那也就是说她这个安全期不容易被探知，尤其是没有经过什么基础体温监测，或者B超监测，就极大可能会误判这个安全期，那就变成不安全了。

人们进行避孕的行为，无非是为了阻止卵子和精子接触。月经是由卵巢和两种激素控制的，女性一个月经周期即是卵巢卵泡生长、成熟、破裂排出卵子的完整过程。因此，月经和女人生育必需的卵巢卵子有很大的关系。对于患有月经不调的女性，经期周期长于或短于28-30天，有的月经不调的女性在月经净后几天又会出现回潮的现象。女性月经周期不稳定说明卵巢里卵子并不是随着正常的月经周期来排卵，这时候如果按照一般计算安全期的方法来避孕，注定要失败。
